 We started our exciting journey since 2008, when I graduated from university with a bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. I came back home to help my father- who owns a small workshop and produce Hydraulic machinery parts to a state-owned enterprise for many years. Thanks to our employees and customers, our business increased every year and currently we have 35 well trained workers,5 experienced engineers. Our products range from big parts forging flange to small parts sensor housing, from simple sheet metal stamping parts to deep drawing parts, from aluminum casting to CNC machining parts. From agriculture machinery to Industrial cleaning equipment; From China domestic standards to ISO, NPT, NPTF, BSP standards- we do customized parts as long as drawings or samples provided.
Quality control is the key for us, we have a special and professional team to take control the quality through production.
Before production- our engineering will review your original designs firstly and give you some advices/DFM report so you can have a check your designs if need to change before formal production.
During production- we make sure the raw material comes in good condition and meet your requirement, the production process is the best and workable to meet the requirement. The workers know/take care of the key control point.
After production- we will inspect the goods in many different ways based on different products, some parts we will have to check one by one; while some others will be checked randomly.
In a word, we will take control of the production all the way to deliver qualified products.
